GERS Administrator, Austin L. Nibbs, wishes to advise members that the network issues have been resolved. As a result, we have resumed the processing of loans. Members who came to our offices on Wednesday, March 14th will be seen today. New applicants coming in today will be placed on the overflow list. Loan services hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

GERS Administrator, Austin L. Nibbs, wishes to advise members that the St. Thomas office of the Government Employees' Retirement System is experiencing network issues. As a result, we are unable to process loans at this time and will advise our Members when this service will resume. Member services will continue to see members from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily.
