GERS April 15th Direct Deposit Annuity Payroll File Issue Resolved

The Government Employees’ Retirement System Administrator has advised that due to circumstances outside our control, the April 15th Direct Deposit Annuity Payroll File will be available to its members.
The Government Employees’ Retirement System Administrator has advised that due to circumstances outside our control, the April 15th Direct Deposit Annuity Payroll File will be available to its members who have accounts at Banco Popular at about 2:00 p.m. today.
Banco Popular representatives have assured us that the file will be submitted to the other banks namely Firstbank and Scotia Bank at 2:00 p.m. today. However, the funds will be available in those banks and all other banks on Tuesday, April 16th.
We apologize to our retirees for this unforeseen circumstance.
