GERS ONLINE SERVICES TEMPORARY SHUTDOWN TO ALLOW SYSTEM UPGRADE

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices online systems will be shutdown effective today Friday, January 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices online systems will be shutdown effective today Friday, January 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to allow the GERS Information Technology Division (IT) to transition our systems to a new cloud-based platform to better serve our members.

Due to this shutdown all systems will be impacted, to include all Member Self Service and Employer Self Service access.

 

Regular online services are expected to resume on Tuesday, January 19th, at 8:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
