GERS Telephone System Out of Service

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix wishes to advise members and the public that our telephone lines are currently out of service due to a system configuration issue. Service will resume on Thursday, May 6th.
The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix wishes to advise members and the public that our telephone lines are currently out of service due to a system configuration issue. Service will resume on Thursday, May 6th.
Technicians are working to bring the system back online. Members may contact our Customer Service Unit directly via email at customercare@usvigers.com or use the Member Self-Service feature on our website at www.usvigers.com.
