GERS Announces Office Closing for Staff Training

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, during the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. to allow employees to participate in a Staff Development Training.

 

 The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, during the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. to allow employees to participate in a Staff Development Training.

 

Regular business hours will resume at 1:00 p.m. Please be advised that all in-person services and workshops remain suspended at the GERS Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix until further notice.

 

The GERS will continue to provide services via phone, mail, and online. You may call our Customer Service Unit directly at 340-693-3939 or via email at customercare@usvigers.com.

We also encourage members to use the Member Self-Service feature on our website at www.usvigers.com. Additionally, as long as we remain closed to the public, a secured drop site for documents is located in our main lobby areas.
