EARLY RETIREMENT WITH A REDUCED BENEFIT
If you are a regular employee, you can retire from the
government with a reduced benefit. When you have attained
age 50 with at least 10 but less than 30 years of service,
you may retire on a service annuity that shall be reduced by
.325 of one percent for each month, or fraction thereof,
that the member's age is less than 60 years.
