Retiree Benefits - Work After Retirement

WORK AFTER RETIREMENT

If you return to government service after you retire, you may continue receiving your annuity for 75 days. If you continue to work longer than 75 days, your annuity will be canceled and you will begin making contributions. When you retire again, your annuity will be reinstated plus you will receive credit for the additional service earned during your re-employment. See Title 3, Chap. 27, Section 706(c) VIC.
