Development Committee

The  Development Committee makes recommendation on existing and future 

investment proposals after in-depth feasibility studies are conducted on GERS' 

real estate properties.   The Development Committee also provides the expertise

needed to ensure that all real estate development projects undertaken by

GERS are carried out successfully to optimize the revenue returns of investments.  

The Development Committee members are:
