GERS Offers Customer Service Outreach to St. John Members

GERS would like to remind our St. John members that a representative will be at the battery to assist with creating their login to the new Member Self-Service.

GERS would like to remind our St. John members that a representative will be at the battery to assist with creating their login to the new Member Self-Service which was launched on Friday, March 15, 2013.  This assistance is also extended to retirees who would like to access their check stubs.

Member Self-Service is a software application that exists as a safe and secured web/internet page and provides member access to data that they have on file with the GERS.  “We are very excited about bringing this technology to our members as it will place information directly at their fingertips,” said GERS Administrator, Austin Nibbs. 

The representative will be available:

  • April 10 and 17

         9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
