GERS Benefits Processing Unit to Modify Hours of Operations

GERS announces that effective immediately, the St. Thomas and St. Croix benefits processing units will be closed on Thursdays and Fridays until further notice.
GERS announces that effective immediately, the St. Thomas and St. Croix benefits processing units will be closed on Thursdays and Fridays until further notice. This closure will allow the staff to focus on processing prior service inquiries, employer billing and payroll cases.
During this time, all benefits processing related inquiries will be routed through the Customer Service Unit.
