GERS ANNOUNCES OFFICE CLOSING TO ALLOW SYSTEM UPDATE

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. to allow the GERS Information Technology Unit (IT) to take our Network Operations Center offline to upgrade the GERS power grid.
The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. to allow the GERS Information Technology Unit (IT) to take our Network Operations Center offline to upgrade the GERS power grid.
Due to this outage all systems will be impacted, to include all Member Self Service and Employer Self Service access.
Regular business hours will resume on Monday, November 30th, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please be advised that all in-person services and workshops remain suspended at the GERS Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix until further notice.
