GERS St. Thomas Office Operating with Limited Services

The Government Employees’ Retirement System offices on St. Thomas will be operating with limited services effective immediately due to Air Conditioning repairs being made to the building.

Regular business hours will resume on Monday December 6, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. The GERS will continue to provide services via phone, mail, and online. You may call our Customer Service Unit directly at 340-693-3939 or via email at customercare@usvigers.com.
We also encourage members to use the Member Self-Service feature on our website at www.usvigers.com. Additionally, as long as we remain closed to the public, a secured drop site for documents is located in our main lobby areas.
