GERS ISSUES RETIREE BONUS PAYMENT

GERS Administrator, Angel Dawson Jr, is pleased to announce that the Annual VI Lottery Bonus checks have been processed and will be issued to 7,662 eligible retirees on September 26th.
GERS Administrator, Angel Dawson Jr, is pleased to announce that the Annual VI Lottery Bonus checks have been processed and will be issued to 7,662 eligible retirees on September 26th.
Retirees age 60 and above and having been on the retirement payroll for one year, and all disability annuitants who have been on the payroll for one year, can expect to receive their bonus payment in the net amount of $231.26 after taxes.
Payments will be made through the customary method in which retirees currently receive their annuity payments from the GERS.
